Orders enter production after payment confirmation. Production and transit times depend on the product, destination, and selected live Printful shipping method. Tracking is emailed when available.

Shipping rates and delivery times are quoted live at checkout for your destination. Available methods, exact cost, and transit window are quoted live by Printful for the address you enter and shown before you pay. A method is not shown when Printful cannot quote delivery to that destination.

Any free-shipping promotion is shown in checkout only when the live quote qualifies. Delivery times vary by destination and product.

Deliveries within the EU: prices include the VAT of your delivery country, charged under the EU one-stop-shop (OSS) scheme. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Deliveries outside the EU (including the UK and Switzerland): the sale is zero-rated as an export, so no EU VAT is charged and the price at checkout is correspondingly lower. Import duties, import VAT and any customs handling fees are levied by the destination country and are payable by the recipient on delivery. We cannot predict or collect these amounts. Orders are shipped duty unpaid (DDU).

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. All of our articles are sold with the full statutory withdrawal right — nothing is excluded.

The customer covers the cost of sending the item back. Return shipping costs are not refunded and are the customer's responsibility; the original order amount is refunded once the return is received.
